Our directors do their job not to pay the bills or pass the time, but because they really do want to help.
Our team is driven not by monetary concerns, but by their empathy. Every day they use their varied and unique skills to make these difficult times that much more bearable for the bereaved. They all have an immense emotional capacity, which is needed to stay strong and carry out the various, necessary duties that the family and friends of the deceased are often too busy or overcome with grief and other emotions to do themselves. Our team of Funeral Directors are organised, incredibly efficient without being crass or tactless, and they are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case the unexpected occurs, which is unfortunately often the case.
